What to expect at WBC
From our entire church family, welcome to Willington Baptist Church. We are glad that you are thinking about coming to visit us! Here's what you can expect from our church:
Sunday Services
Sunday School starts at 9:00 and the main Sunday Service begins at 10:30 and will generally end around 11:30.
After the service, we have a time of prayer where we pray for one another and those who are a part of our daily lives.
A fellowship meal takes place every Sunday after our time of prayer. We use this time to further discuss the sermon and fellowship with one another. Guests are welcome to stay and enjoy the food.
Sermons
The preaching at WBC will typically be expositional, which simply means that we will preach through books of the Bible. We are a doctrines of grace Bible church.
Music
Music is a mix of hymns and contemporary songs. Our music tends to be doctrine-filled and frequently celebrates the cross of Christ.
Children
We welcome children to sit in the service; however a nursery room is available to parents wishing to take care of their children during the service.
During the Week
We have Men's and Women's Bible studies during the week. They are intended to build up community and promote growth in Holiness. Contact Pastor John if you'd like to participate.
